Fishing Report 9/4/2018

LESLIE DAM: Leslie Dam continues to fish quite well, from both boat and bank.  Bait anglers continue to see results when fishing from the bank on most forms of bait.  Anglers continue to land plenty of Catfish and smaller Golden Perch along the eastern bank.  Anglers trolling hard body lures are landing a few fish in the back section of the dam, with deeper diving lures working the best.  Blades, mask vibes and Atomic Semi Hardz are landing some nice Golden perch in the deeper water in the main basin.

MOOGERAH DAM: Anglers at Moogerah have been landing some quality Golden Perch and Bass.  Spinnerbaits and TN Jackalls fished in the timber accounted for some solid fish.  Shrimps continue to be the most successful form of bait, with several reports of legal sized Bass and Golden Perch being landed by anglers using this form of bait.

RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine River continues to fish well, with a few fish being landed over the weekend in the town area as well as to the east and west of Warwick.  Anglers fishing in the Victoria Hill and Pratten areas saw some quality fish landed on spinnerbaits and smaller hard body lures.  We also received reports from Murrays Bridge and Cullendore areas of some quality Golden Perch being landed on lures.  Anglers fishing between Warwick High and the Mill Hole reported on several Golden Perch being landed, with smaller Mumblers working the best.
