CONNOLLY DAM: There hasn’t been much change at Connolly. Anglers are still landing a few nice Golden
and Silver Perch on bait. There have
also been some Catfish landed over the past week.
MOOGERAH DAM / MAROON DAM: Moogerah Dam has seen some quality Bass being landed
in the timber on lures, with a few more reports received than previous weeks. TN60 Jackalls, Piranhas and Blades are all
working well. Anglers also reported on
some nice Bass being landed in the gorge on shrimps. Anglers at Maroon have landed a few Bass in
the main basin on soft plastics. There
were also a few Bass landed on the weed edges on spinnerbaits.
RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine
River remains dirty with
anglers still landing some reasonable Golden Perch on bait in and around the
town area. We received reports of some
Golden Perch being landed around the Pratten area. Anglers in the Killarney area are also
landing some nice Golden Perch. Sandy Creek
is definitely worth a try, with one local angler landed some lovely Golden
Perch being landed on Friday afternoon on small green hard body lures.
