CONNOLLY DAM: Connolly Dam saw several legal sized Silver and Golden Perch landed
during the past week on most forms of bait. There were some big fish reported,
with the majority of the fish being landed in the southern part of the dam in
shallow water. One Clifton angler managed to land four legal
sized Golden Perch on Sunday afternoon while trolling a Southern Cross Fat Ass.
RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine
River is improving, with
some nice fish being landed on both bait and lures. Anglers reported on a few Murray Cod on the
move, with some quality fish being landed over the past week. A Killarney angler landed a lovely 70cm Murray Cod on bait. There were also reports of some quality
Golden Perch being landed around Allora and also at Pratten.
MOOGERAH DAM: Moogerah Dam saw some good fish landed in the latter part of the week,
with anglers locating the fish on the sounders having the nest results. Most fish are being landed on slow rolled
plastics, with OSP and Keitech Plastics working well.
