FISHING REPORT - 27/10/2015

LESLIE DAM: Murray Cod at Leslie Dam have been more active over the past week, with anglers landing some smaller fish measuring between 55cm – 65cm.  One local angler caught and released a lovely 85cm Cod on Sunday on a spinnerbait.  There were also good numbers of Golden Perch landed during the week, mainly on bait.  Shrimps seemed to be the most successful.  Anglers saw good results in the main basin, just north of the ski club.  The deeper water, opposite the dam wall, also produced some nice fish.  One angler managed 4 legal sized Golden Perch on a Jackall Mask Vibe.

CONNOLLY DAM: Connolly Dam has seen some improvement, with a few more Golden Perch being landed on bait.  Saltwater yabbies worked well for the anglers using bait.  There were also a few big Silver Perch landed on worms.  One local lady angler landed an absolutely beautiful Murray Cod on a mix of saltwater yabby and worm.  This fish measured in excess of 1 metre and was released after a photo.

RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine River remains much the same, with reports of several Golden Perch being landed over the past week.  We received several reports of anglers landing some nice Golden Perch while fishing in the Pratten area.  One young angler landed 3 Golden Perch on Saturday Morning on Z-Man Soft Plastics.  Anglers also had success to the east of Warwick.  One local angler managed a 52cm Golden Perch as well as 4 smaller ones in the Murrays Bridge area.

IM: The core material at Edge. Our IM provides a performance level that “punches above its weight,” while still having “everyday” fishing toughness. IM is a great choice for a wide range of blanks.

"Raw Carbon". All of our blanks come in what we call raw carbon - no added color, coating or weight. Our blanks are sanded with a 15-micron grit and then smoothly buffed. We feel that such a pure, unadulterated finish allows our blanks to perform at their unencumbered best.
