Connolly Dam: Connolly Dam continues to fish well for anglers from their kayaks as well as from the bank.  There have been some nice Silver Perch landed in bait along the eastern bank.  Anglers fishing from their kayaks experienced success when trolling brighter coloured TN Jackalls .

Rivers and Creeks: The Condamine River saw a lot more activity over the Easter long weekend, with most of the local camping spots at capacity.  Anglers fishing in the town area continue to land some quality Golden Perch on hard body lures, with Stumpjumpers being the most successful.  We received reports from various locations of some nice Golden Perch being landed on bait as well as lures.  There were also some big Carp removed from our local waterways.  Anglers also commented of some smaller Murray Cod on the move.
