CONNOLLY DAM: Anglers at Connolly landed a few Golden and Silver Perch along the
bank, with bait being a little more successful than lures. Kayak anglers landed a few nice Golden Perch
over the weekend while trolling small hardbody lures.
RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine
River remains consistent
with previous weeks, with only the odd legal sized fish being landed in the
town area. Spinnerbaits accounted for a
lovely 70cm Murray Cod upstream of the Mill Hole. We also received reports of only the odd
legal sized Golden Perch being landed.
The Eastern side of town continues to be the most successful area to
try.
