CONNOLLY DAM: Anglers at Connolly Dam are reporting on things being a little steady,
with only a handful of legal sized Golden Perch being landed. Afternoons are proving to be the most
successful, with shrimps and saltwater yabbies working the best. One local angler managed to land a lovely
48cm Silver Perch on Sunday morning on a silent TN50 Jackall.
RIVERS AND CREEKS: The Condamine River is fishing the best on the eastern side of Warwick , with anglers
around the Killarney area landing some quality Golden Perch on lures. We received a report of a legal sized Murray
Cod being landed in the Murrays
Bridge area on a surface
walker. Anglers fishing from their
kayaks landed some quality Golden Perch on spinnerbaits upstream of the Mill
Hole. Anglers in the Pratten area also
managed to land some legal sized Golden Perch on spinnerbaits and bait.
